These terms govern your use of the Gadouri Sahib mobile app (the “App”), published for Gurudwara Gadouri Sahib, Shamshi, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

What the App offers
The App is a free, informational resource about Gurudwara Gadouri Sahib. It includes daily and event timings, visiting information, a photo gallery, videos, scripture (Bani) readings, and contact details. It is offered as a service to devotees and visitors and is not a commercial product.
Accuracy of information
Timings, events, contact details, and other information in the App are kept as accurate as reasonably possible, but they can change without notice. Please confirm important details (such as event timings) directly with the Gurudwara before travelling, using the contact details in the App.
Donations (Seva)
The App displays bank account and UPI details for making a donation. Any donation you make is a transaction between you and the Gurudwara, carried out through your own banking or payment app. We do not process payments inside the App and are not a party to that transaction. Please verify account details independently before sending a donation.
Scripture and religious content
Scripture text, images, and other religious content in the App are offered respectfully, for devotional and informational use. Please treat this content with the same respect you would show it in person.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: learning about and staying connected with Gurudwara Gadouri Sahib. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in a way that could harm the Gurudwara, its community, or other users.
Third-party links
The App links to third-party services we do not control, including Google Maps, YouTube, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
No warranty
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gurudwara Gadouri Sahib and those who maintain the App are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including reliance on information such as timings or donation details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
